• Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment verification.
• Transit Time: Most orders are delivered within 2–4 business days via UPS or FedEx Ground.
• Shipping Coverage: We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
• Delivery Risk: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to you.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim.
• If your order arrives damaged, email us photos within 72 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Return Window: You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Banks may take an additional 3–5 days to post the credit.
• Exchanges: Only defective, incorrect, or sizing-error items may be exchanged. For other sizes or styles, please place a new order.
